Termite Inspection Options
Our inspectors look for:
- Active termite infestations
- Damage caused by termites or rot
- Moisture issues and conditions that can lead to future problems

We have a few options for termite inspections:
Limited Inspections (Free)
If you notice signs of termite activity, we can come in and inspect the specific areas you’re concerned about. This is a partial inspection limited to those areas and does not include exploration of hidden areas (behind drywall, for example), the entire structure or crawlspaces. Limited inspections are free of charge.
Full Inspections
A full inspection covers the entire structure, including the exterior, interior, attic crawlspace, and the sub-area crawlspace. Our state-licensed inspectors aim to thoroughly inspect your home for any signs of termite activity, rot damage, excessive moisture/leaks, and early warning signs of infestation and damage. We provide a written report of our findings along with prices for termite treatment and damage repair.
Full inspections are priced on the square footage of the home.
Competitive Bid Inspections (Free)
Have you already paid for and received a written termite report from another company but want to verify its integrity? We can do a competitive bid termite inspection free of charge. We’ll look at your existing termite inspection and make sure that you’re getting everything you need and nothing you don’t.
