Termite Inspection Options

We have a few options for termite inspections:

Limited Inspections – If you notice signs of termite activity, we can come in and inspect the specific areas you’re concerned about. This is a partial inspection limited to those areas and does not include the entire structure or crawlspaces. Limited inspections are free of charge.

Full Inspections – A full inspection covers the entire structure, including the exterior, interior, attic crawlspace, and the sub-area crawlspace. Our expert state-licensed inspectors aim to thoroughly inspect your home for any signs of termite activity, rot damage, and early warning signs of infestation and damage. We provide a written report of our findings along with prices for termite treatment and damage repair.

Competitive Bid Inspections – Have you already paid for and received a written termite report from another company but want to verify its integrity? We can do a competitive bid termite inspection free of charge. We’ll look at your existing termite inspection and make sure that you’re getting everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Real Estate Inspections – Buying or selling a home? Choose the best termite inspectors in Silicon Valley and the Peninsula. We’ll provide a fair and thorough inspection to help you make informed decisions regarding your real estate transaction.

Signs of Termites

Some telltale signs of termites in your home include termite frass (droppings), drywood termite pinholes, fallen wings near windows, and subterranean termite mud tunnels.

If you find any of these signs of termites, you will need a termite inspection sooner rather than later! A small termite infestation can turn into a major problem in a short period of time.

Each person was professional, timely and educated me. They were very careful about my light carpet without my asking. They even thanked me several times for leaving the evidence where and as I'd found it so that they knew where to start with their inspection and treatment. I will definitely call them again for any future termite problems in any residence I have.
