Our Warranties
We recognize that not every home is the same and that not all termite infestations require the same treatment. In many cases there are treatment options with differing warranties.
We try to make our warranties as straight forward as possible, but there are important details and limitations.
When you fumigate with Franz Termite Control we guarantee that your house will be free of active drywood termites for 3 years. If the termites come back so do we – It`s that simple. After fumigation, your home is automatically covered for 3 years. If you notice new termite infestation call us and we will come out and investigate and treat new active infestations. Our fumigations include a check-up inspection towards the end of the warranty period and can be renewed on an annual basis. All our warranties go with the house so if you sell your home the new owner is covered.
Just like our fumigation, when you perform a full perimeter subterranean termite treatment with Franz Termite Control we guarantee that your entire house will be free of active subterranean termite infestation for 3 years. All full perimeter subterranean termite treatment also includes a check-up inspection towards the end of the warranty period and can be renewed on an annual basis.
When we perform a localized treatment for either drywood or subterranean termites we will guarantee the specific area treated for 1 years. If termites come back in the area treated we`ll come out and perform additional treatment.
All our repairs are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years. we fix it right the first time.
If they come back, so do we. We stand by our work and it shows. Your home will be termite-free.
Many question the advantages and disadvantages about localized treatment versus termite fumigation(tenting). The big difference between the two treatments is the completeness of the treatment.
Some of the other differences between the two treatments that may affect which treatment you chose
are price, work required to prepare for fumigation, and the need to vacate the building for
fumigation.
Yes! We have a detailed page on termite fumigation that you should read prior to fumigating including the MSDS of the products used. Fumigation is not applicable for all termite types, either. Fumigation is only used for drywood termites. Subterranean termites require localized spot treatments.
If the termites come back, so do we – It’s that simple.
