2. We’ll review the results with you, including treatment options, pros/cons, and alternatives to spot treatments, mainly fumigation.
3. We’ll then select the best treatment for you. With a localized treatment, we’ll typically utilize Termidor® Foam, an industry-leading and trusted name in termite treatments.
4. Our expert team will inject the treatment material into small holes drilled throughout the affected areas.
5. You then enjoy a termite-free home, with no need to vacate

Localized spot treatments are an effective method to treat and create a lasting defense against drywood termites.

With our treatment, your home will be drywood termite-free for 1 year, guaranteed.

In most cases, the warranty can be extended. After the treatment, your home will automatically be covered. If a new termite infestation is suspected, call us to schedule a new inspection and treatment. Many of our competitors only offer a 1-year warranty.

With localized treatments, we also include a check-up inspection toward the end of the warranty period that can be renewed on an annual basis.
